Located in Jiangsu Nantong Dayu Economic and Technological Development Zone of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations, Nantong Litie Glassware Co., Ltd. is across the Yangtze River from Shanghai and Suzhou, and the surrounding airports and high speed rail stations can be reached within two hours with convenient transportation and excellent geographical location. The Company covers an area of 50 mu, with many large-scale plants and superior environment.
The predecessor of the Company was Nantong Dongtai Glassware Co., Ltd. The Company was established in 2003, and was an enterprise producing high borosilicate glass with manual blowing production line of full electric furnace. The Company had bought two fully-automatic blowing machines (blowing high borosilicate glass bulb shells) in 2007, and the products had been sold at home and abroad and had been well praised by customers.
In 2017, the Company invested a hundred million yuan to establish Nantong Litie Glassware Co., Ltd. At present, the Company has two high borosilicate juice cup pressing production lines, adopting advanced full electric melting technology for glass production and complying with national environmental protection standards. The electric melting furnace is designed and operated with high thermal efficiency; it is energy saving and has no pollution. The composition of melted glass is stable, uniform and the quality is guaranteed.
The Company now has more than 500 employees, including 5 professional engineers with senior title and 36 professional technicians. The Company has a professional R&D management team after years of efforts. The main management personnel, core technicians, production backbones and sales backbones of the Company have long-term working experience in high borosilicate glass industry, and have a deep understanding of technology R&D, production and sales of high borosilicate glass. Mature and advanced production technology of glass electric melting furnace adopted and rich experience can better ensure the Company’s good product quality and improve production efficiency to better meet the varied needs of customers.
